“God’s Grace in High Definition”
Helping to restore families and supporting foster families in the Johnson County, Arkansas area.
Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.
Grace HD Ministries is comprised of a group of believers with a common goal: to break the generational cycle of child neglect and abuse by addressing the needs of the family.
We are a local 501c3 non-profit organization with two main purposes: to help restore biological families of the Johnson County area and to assist and strengthen the foster program in our area (including foster parents, foster children, and the local foster program authorities).
We accomplish these tasks in several different ways.
We provide a supply cache that offers children's clothing and supplies, such as infant care products, at no cost to local foster families and foster authorities. We provide 24/7 access to the supplies, in the case of an emergency. Our facility also provides a private, comfortable setting for local foster authorities to perform supervised visitations for biological parents who have had their children removed from the home. During these visitations, we provide drinks andsnacks to the foster children and adults.
We offer faith-based life skills classes for biological parents working to re-establish or maintain parental custody. Classes we offer include: Parenting, Budgeting, Child Development, Household/Time Management Skills, AngerManagement/Interpersonal Skills, and Job Interview Skills.
We also partner with other community organizations in a variety of ways to achieve our mission.
We are located in Clarksville, Arkansas and provide basic needs for foster families and foster children such as:
-Infant care items
-Ready-made meals for emergency placement situations
We offer faith-based life skills classes for biological parents going through state programs to re-establish or maintain parental custody. Classes we offer include: Parenting, Budgeting, Child Development, Household/Time Management Skills, Anger Management/Interpersonal Skills, and Job Interview Skills
We provide a facility for biological parent/child visits in which they can interact in a welcoming and natural home environment.
Our foster parents are also able to use our facility to take their continuing education classes online.

Meet Our Volunteers
Ben is Vice President of GraceHD and teaches our budgeting class. He has a heart for the hurting families in the community and is dedicated to helping restore broken families. Ben believes that one important aspect of stability in the home is financial security, and he hopes to help many families learn how to take control of their finances. Outside of Grace HD, Ben is a Civil Engineering Technician for the U.S. Forest Service. When not working, he enjoys all that Arkansas has to offer by going hunting, fishing, camping, and canoeing.
Not everyone has been blessed with being raised in a nourishing, loving environment, and Beth feels that as the body of Christ, we should show others that they can love and be loved in a wholesome way. She wants to instill in each person who comes through our doors the love of God, their value before God as a human, and to let them know that God has a hope and a good future for them (Jeremiah 29:11). She is GraceHD's secretary and is a class instructor as well. For the last 4 years, Beth has worked as a substitute teacher and a paraprofessional, and she loves connecting with her students on a one-to-one basis. In her downtime, she enjoys crocheting and knitting hats and scarves for family and friends. She is extremely passionate about worship music and enjoys singing and be-bopping to Christian hip-hop. She also loves kayaking with her husband, Ben, and their son, Morgan.
Bobby is the treasurer for GraceHD. He felt God's call for him to be part of the ministry because of the great need that is evident in the community and even his own church. He and his wife own a poultry and cattle farm, and he works there and at Arkansas Nuclear One. Bobby enjoys elk hunting in Colorado and riding horses with his wife, Christy, and their two sons in his free time.
Christy believes that the biblical patriarchal family is the most important unit that has been set up by God, and she is eager to see how God will use GraceHD to help restore and strengthen families. She teaches time management and housekeeping and also takes on some treasurer tasks. She is a homeschool mom of two boys and works part-time as a nurse at the Pregnancy Help Clinic, which offers aid and education to expecting moms and their families in the community. When Christy gets a spare minute, you will find her enjoying a cup of coffee with a good book or out riding horses with her husband, Bobby, and their boys.
Sarah teaches parenting classes and, as a former employee of the department of human services, understands first hand the need for GraceHD in our community. She works as an administrator at SafeHaven, a ministry that empowers women to break the cycle of poverty and addiction and to rebuild and restore their lives. Sarah loves the outdoors and goes kayaking, camping, and hiking with her family as often as she can.
After growing up in an unhealthy home herself, Samantha is passionate about helping other families gain the knowledge and skills to break their generational cycle of dysfunction and have a healthy and whole family. She teaches both parenting and child development classes at GraceHD. When she is not teaching, you can find her running her photography business, rocking it as a homeschool mom, and enjoying off-roading with her husband and three daughters.
